Our Award Winning Team
Layne Ives began his career in the early 1990s through an apprenticeship, training from the ground up as a decorator before moving into multi-trade work, project management and ultimately business ownership.
LSI Property Maintenance was launched in 1999 and has worked with trusted trade partners and suppliers, including John Lewis of Hungerford and John Lewis PLC. Originally focused on kitchen installations, the business rebranded as LSI Interiors in 2014 to reflect its growing scope and now delivers complete interior and building projects. During this period, the team won the EK&B Business Installer of the Year award, and Layne was invited to work as a technical advisor supporting the setup of BIFIS (formerly BiKBBI).
In 2025, Ives Interiors was launched as a new, client-focused brand carrying the family name. We offer the bespoke supply-and-install of kitchens, bathrooms and interiors, as well as introducing electrical and plumbing services to our growing portfolio.
